<uMINI CHILL RELAXATION DRINK THE FIRST OF ITS KIND TO PUBLISH CLINICAL TRIALS BACKING EFFECTIVENESS.,</u><br /><br />(New York, NY) Feb. 12, 2010 - One year ago today no one had heard of so-called relaxation drinks, but today the market is flooded with literally dozens of brands. Many have jumped on the relaxation bandwagon and the jury is out on which will come out on top. Mini Chill is one relaxation shot that took the high road from day one, recruiting the expertise of Dr. Benjamin S. Weeks, a nutriceutical expert at Adelphi University and making sure that Mini Chill is the safest and most effective drink of it's kind.<br /><br />Dr. Weeks took these efforts one-step further. He conducted clinical trials of the drink, and had those findings published in a peer-reviewed manuscript.<br /><br />"I knew when we finished formulating Relarian (the patent pending effective blend in Mini Chill) that it worked to cause relaxation and focus. The next step was conducting trials and submitting my findings to the peer-reviewed process. It's uncommon in the food and beverage world, but it is the only way to establish your findings as scientific fact. "<br /><br />The clinical trials, conducted on 60 healthy adults, found that 51 of them experienced increased relaxation and improved mental focus. This research was submitted to The Medical Science Monitor, whose international board of scientists and physicians signed off that the findings were accurate. These findings were then published in the December 2009 issue of the Medical Science Monitor.<br /><br />Such scientific proof of efficacy is important to a relaxation drink, especially when some of Mini Chill's competitors are getting bad press for using dangerous ingredients like the sleep hormone, melatonin. In a recent New York Daily News article, Dr. Charles Czeisler of Harvard Medical School was quoted as saying, "Melatonin is a hormone, (Hormones) should not be put in beverages, since the amount people drink often depends on thirst and taste rather than being taken only when needed like any other drug."<br /><br />Since the brand's inception, Mini Chill was never intended to induce sleep, according to Mini Chill founder Steven Panzella, "When I had the idea for Mini Chill, I wanted to make something I could take at work and not have to worry about it interfering with my responsibilities." It's for this reason that Panzella and Dr. Weeks decided to include L-Theanine, a focus promoting amino acid in Mini Chill.<br /><br />The clinical trials and peer-reviewed process seem to have paid off for Mini Chill and it's creators. While it seems none of their competitors are immune to the criticism of media outlets calling their brands and products irresponsible or even dangerous, Mini Chill is unscathed by negative press.

    Relaxation Drinks - MiniChill Review
    Relaxations Drinks like Mini Chill,

I recieved some free samples of these so-called relaxation drinks a week ago and I need to admit, it I've been putting away reviewing them. I swear, tho, it's not laziness this time. I just do not wish to get some thing during the workday that's heading to knock me out, and my first impression was that these drinks had been made for that very objective. The drinks I recieved had been Mini Chill, Drank, and IChill. Dependent on packaging alone, MiniChill looks safe but the other two are questionable. My motivation wasn't helped at all, when an post from the Every day News came out last weekend saying that some of those drinks contain extremely high levels of the sleep hormone known as melatonin. Drank and IChill were both listed within the article, but there was no mention of MiniChill. According to the post, IChill has 50 times your body's normal level of melatonin. Needless to say, IChill went straight into the trash. I did some of my own research into Mini Chill and noticed that it had no melatonin or any other sleep-aids for that matter.

Digging a tiny bit deeper I found out that Mini Chill is made by some sort of doctor and that it has been via clinical trials. Apparently it's more of a daytime drink, as one of the amino's in it's for concentrate and their website recommend using it at work. It includes a patent pending blend called Relarian created up of herbs and aminos to assist you to relax and focus but before I had been heading to take it during the day I researched all of the ingredients to discover out if they had been being totally truthful about their outcomes. The components of Relarian are Valerian, GABA, L-Theanine and 5-HTP and in independant web searches for their purposes, I found nothing to contradict what was claimed on the Minuscule Chill website and no bad press so I decided Mini Chill was safe for me to test drive at work. Searching into Drank I noticed that it had lower melatonin than IChill, but even now a higher amount. Their web site is mostly hip hop endorsements and flashy videos so i really didn't have something to compare it to. I decided to try this one out at night if at all.

I drank the Mini Chill at work the following day right following the 10am meeting when I had a big pile of function to complete prior to lunch. And.!!!. IT WORKED! It didn't mess me up like a xanax, but I felt a significant reduction in stress. I just obtained started out on my pile of function and burned through it with out getting worked up or stressed out. I had been surprised at how focused I was and wondered if it could possibly be through the L-Theanine or just a coincidence. I'm no sure but for whatever purpose, I was far more focused than usual. As for the stress relief, I can't really describe the presence of a fresh feeling, it is more like the absence of 1.I was simply not stressed out by my work and far less annoyed by interruptions or obsticles. The experiencing faded away in a few hrs with out a crash, I drank another one to wrap up the time and it worked the same as before. MiniChill certainly gets my stamp of approval.

When I got home from work at 6 I tried the Drank. Now that, I felt the impact of immediately. Wherever I had still had some energy, I was suddenly super tired. I lay down on the couch to take a quick nap prior to dinner, and I ended up sleeping a full 8 hours hahaha. I guess as a rest aid it functions, but in my situation I ended up waking up at 4am and my whole rest cycle was thrown away for 3 days. I do not think I'll be trying Drank again any time soon.

As for that MiniChill? This stuff really works and I'm comfortable recommending it to readers. Should you need a little dose of tension release during the day, give MiniChill a shot. If you need to tranquilize a disgruntled mammal, use Drank or IChill
I think that Mini Chill is really on to something.

Relaxation Drinks - that don't work period
All Relaxation Drinks with Melatonin may be Hazardous,

Today an article was released talking about Relaxation Drinks. You may, or may not know, there are many different relaxation drinks on the market

I think it was definitely an interesting readbecause I think many of us suspected this. None of the companies except for Mini Chill, has scientific studies behind it.

The article by the NY Daily news says that drinks, such as Ichill, had 50 times the body's natural amount of MelatoninBut competitor Minichill has 0% Caffeine and 0% Melatonin.Whose the winner, you tell me?

Melatonin? How is relaxing the same as sleeping? Really? Sleeping should never be equated the same as falling asleep.Companies like Ichill, Vib, and bluecow are lieing to individuals

I didn't realize relaxing was the same as sleeping?

I tried this product called Mini Chill, and first of all it has NO Melatonin! and yes, let us not forget, it's a relaxation drink among relaxation drinks. I wish I could hear what the article writer would have to say about Mini Chill. It's backed by a peer-reviewed scientific study and was formulated by Dr. Benjamin Weeks.
Link to the article he published
There is one more publishing in regards to this, but I just can't seem to find it. I am sure if you googled it

In summation the issue really is becoming our American is filled with stress inducing agents. do we allow corporations to expose our our problems and sell us half thought out products? I believe that all products should have {some scientific study|a scientific study|scientific studies| backing them up. Is comatose the same as relaxing?

I guess the issue really is what do we do now? Do we do nothing and if so what? If we are better consumers, we can punish companies like Ichill for not producing products correctly

I think that Mini Chill is really on to something.
